Shipping Policy
☆ There are two delivery options within Israel -
*Pickup From the studio is free of chargemade
* Door to door by courier, which guarantees delivery of one business day.
☆ International shipping-
*You have the option to choose first class mail delivery (14 to 30 working days)
*or upgrade to EMS insured express shipping, which are commited for 4-6 working days delivery to all parts of the world. you will receive a tracking number In both cases. Thank you.
☆ I can ship gifts to other addresses if need be, please just let me know during checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy

I will accept returns within 10 days of arrival for undamaged mobiles It is unfortunate that delays can occur in the postal service , this can happen during public holidays e.t.c. It is therefore out of my control and thus I cannot be responsible for them. Although I cannot share responsibility with the mail authorities, I feel that I would like to know if there have been any problems with the shipment. If this is the case, I would be more than willing to try my best to find a positive solution and outcome as I value each and every customer. In a case of any accidental damage of the items I offer to fix it up without any charge.
